TONKATSU（豚かつ） as a great meat dish

You might think Japanese food majority is based on fish like famous Sushi. But there are also good foods  with meats like Sukiyaki, Yakitori. One of my most favorite meat dishes is Tonkatsu which is breaded ,deepfried pork cutlets. It is just deepfried but if you have a good one at a great specific restaurant, you should be surprised with very soft , juicy cooked meat and the taste.  It's miracle!
